Michael Hanley, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Hanley is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Celtaxsys. Prior to joining Celtaxsys full time in 2010, he was Chief Scientific Officer at publicly held Amylin Pharmaceuticals (AMLN, Nasdaq). He has held a number of leadership positions in the biotechnology industry, as well as academia and government service in a career spanning over 30 years, with nearly 200 patents and publications. Prior to moving to the private sector, he held tenured positions at Imperial College, London, the Medical Research Council Laboratories, Cambridge, and the University of California at Davis Medical School, where he was Professor of Biological Chemistry. He has served on advisory or review panels for the National Institutes of Health, the Medical Research Council and Wellcome Trust of Great Britain, and for the governments of Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Denmark and Japan. Dr. Hanley has played a key role in the founding and growth of start-ups, such as Resolvyx Pharmaceuticals, and is currently an advisor to Aileron Therapeutics, the Skaggs School of Pharmacy, San Diego, and the Stem Cell Partnering Initiative. |

William P. ('Bill') Reddick, M. H. A.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Reddick held various management positions with Arthur Andersen and The Hospital Authority of Fulton County, Georgia. From 1994-2005, Mr. Reddick was Co-founder, Healthcare Analyst, and the Director of Research for Masters Capital Management, a hedge fund. During that time Mr. Reddick worked extensively with public and private biotechnology and medical device companies. Mr. Reddick is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University (B.B.A.) and the University of Houston (M.H.A.). Since 2005 Mr. Reddick has been the CFO of Celtaxsys and is a member of the Board of Directors. |

Eric Springman, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Springman is the former Senior Director and founder of the Biology Department of Locus Pharmaceuticals where he led the Company’s initial IND. Prior to that, he was Acting Head of Arthritis Therapy at Roche Pharmaceuticals in Palo Alto, CA.and at Arris/Axys Pharmaceuticals in South San Francisco, CA, where he was co-leader of the partnered project resulting in Merck's Phase III drug candidate, odanacati. In 2007, Dr. Springman was appointed by Governor Edward Rendell to the Pennsylvania Drug, Device & Cosmetics Board. |

Ralph D. Grosswald, M.P.H.
Director of Operations
Mr. Grosswald was a Founder, Director of Operations and Sr. Project Manager for GMP Companies, Inc. where he managed projects for the commercially available LifeSync© Wireless ECG System and the Eyepass© glaucoma drainage device. He was the Director of Research for National Healthcare Network, a managed care network of 40 cardiovascular centers of excellence. Ralph was also a Clinical Trial Coordinator for Emory University School of Medicine. |
